As a Local Customer Support centre for Airbus (Cassidian), Harris, Hytera and Teltronic, MCS Digital has a team of qualified and experienced Engineers and Radio Technicians to provide both field based and in-house technical support and repairs. We provide 24/7 network support and operate a fully accredited service facility from our Melbourne Headquarters for terminal repairs and maintenance.
We maintain longstanding relationships with our Global Product Partners, which offers specialised support for repairs requiring return to manufacturer, as well as direct contact for ordering of spare parts and management of technical inquiries as they may arise.
MCS Digital’s Engineers and Senior Technicians are factory trained in infrastructure and terminals, and support both our own networks (EDACS, TETRA, DMR, Microwave) as well as our customer’s networks including Viva Energy Refining (formerly Shell Refining), Pacific Aluminium Group including Rio Tinto, Thales Munitions, Qenos, Tasmania Police and Transend Networks.
We hold a considerable inventory of spare parts for EDACS and TETRA. For Managed Service agreements, after hours networks support is provided through our 1300 support telephone line with agreed KPI’s, and we utilise Origin’s National Response Centre for some after hours support contracts requiring dedicated call handling and voice recording.
